In the 60’s, Elmer’s was originally opened as a pancake house as a family based breakfast joint for their local community. Everything made from scratch daily and premium ingredients from locally-owned places. In later years Elmer’s expanded to a lunch and dinner menu and now has 29 other locations across the country.
