Your kid’s health is important. And we believe that it is never too early to develop healthy exercise habits. Our FitKids! program is designed to help children develop positive behaviors at an early age while having fun!
Our doctor approved kid’s fitness classes include a posture and functional movement assessment by one of our doctors. The classes are led by our kid’s coach & trainer and consist of general functional fitness, designed to challenge all skill levels, ages 8-15. FitKids Class will happen on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4:00 pm- 5:00 pm.
